Starting therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown—it takes courage to show up when you’re feeling vulnerable. I see it as an honor to walk alongside you in this process. My role is to offer openness, care, and genuine curiosity as we explore what matters most to you.
In our work together, I focus on deep listening and transparency. I offer a safe and accountable space in which you can see, hear, and experience yourself more genuinely, with less defenses. Healing happens when we appreciate the complexity of human lives, bringing awareness to the many layers of our experience - emotional, physical, neurological, relational, cultural, societal, and many more. Rather than searching for one simple answer, we look at how these pieces connect, influence, and create the context of what you are experiencing now. From this understanding, new possibilities for growth and change emerge.
