Adult ADHD Assessment
You may be exploring ADHD for the first time, or revisiting questions that were overlooked earlier in your life. An assessment offers space to understand these experiences more clearly and consider what support might help. I provide telehealth adult ADHD evaluations for clients in New York. My approach brings together careful clinical assessment, curiosity, and respect for the complexity of your life.

During the evaluation, we explore your attention, organization, planning, impulsivity, and everyday functioning, alongside your developmental history, relationships, health, and emotional experiences.
I am interested in both the difficulties you encounter and the ways you have learned to navigate them. Your strengths, the effort you put into managing daily life, and the support available to you all matter.
The assessment also considers other experiences that may affect attention and functioning, including anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep difficulties, substance use, and other neurodevelopmental differences. These may help explain your concerns or exist alongside ADHD. When a question requires a separate, more specialized evaluation, we will discuss that together.
-
An initial conversation
We begin with a 15-minute consultation to discuss what brings you to the assessment, answer your questions, and review the process. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule your clinical interview.
Information and online assessments
You will receive a welcome packet, with information about the evaluation, preparation instructions, and resources.
You will also receive secure online access to complete questionnaires about your experiences and everyday functioning.
A two-hour clinical interview
We meet through telehealth for an in-depth conversation about your current concerns, childhood experiences, and how these patterns affect different areas of your life.
Feedback and your written report
At a 30-minute feedback appointment, we discuss the findings, what they mean, and recommendations that fit your needs. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and consider your next steps.
You will receive a full written report within five business days of your clinical interview, including diagnostic impressions, an explanation of the findings, and individualized recommendations.
